Wednesday, 15 August 2018

Nominations are open now for the Superstars of Stem Program which supports and trains women working in the science, technology engineering and mathematics sector to share their passion with the community.

The first group of Superstars engaged with more than 7,500 high school students.

Federal Member for Hinkler Keith Pitt said 60 new ambassadors will be selected to inspire more young women and girls to study and work in STEM.

“This is a great opportunity for local women working in STEM to become long-term role models for girls and young women,” he said.

Nominations are open until midnight 23 September 2018. For more information or to apply visit www.scienceandtechnologyaustralia.org.au
